Shipping Policies


We offer three shipping options in the Continental US:
  • USPS Priority Mail/UPS Ground - three to seven business day transit time. Use of USPS Priority Mail/UPS Ground is at the discretion of Best Baby Shower.com.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - two business days transit time (your order must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to guarantee shipment that day).
  • UPS Next Day Air/USPS Express Mail - one business day transit time (your order must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to guarantee shipment that day).

Please keep in mind that UPS Next Day Air & UPS 2nd Day Air shipping options do not count weekend days or holidays. 2nd Day Air is two business days transit time and Next Day Air is 1 business day transit time. An order placed on Thursday for 2nd Day Air - will not be delivered until Monday!

UPS Ground and UPS Next Day & 2nd Day Air cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. If in doubt please provide a physical ship to address.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in additional address correction charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to delivery address changes during transit.

While we do not inflate shipping costs, there are some locations and/or orders that may be subject to slightly additional shipping charges. These include remote/rural locations, some locations on the West coast, Alaska, Hawaii, & military addresses. This may also apply to large, heavy, or oversized Next Day or 2nd Day Air orders. If this applies to your order, you will be notified via e-mail before your order is processed.

International orders are welcome. Please place your order online. We will reply via e-mail with shipping options & costs. After you select your shipping choice by reply e-mail your order will be processed. International orders will not be processed until you select a shipping choice.

We strive to send our orders out as soon as possible. You will always receive a personal confirmation of your order with the exact ship date. We send these confirmations when the order has been labeled. Please take into consideration the following unique situations:
  • If you need a product by a certain date, and are not certain of which shipping option to choose, please contact us via e-mail and we will make the appropriate shipping recommendations to meet your needs.
  • Shipping from our facility does not occur on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • We do not utilize UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air for Saturday and Sunday delivery. UPS does not count weekend days or holidays in transit times. Please be aware of this when selecting your shipping options. Once again, if you need an item by a certain date, please contact us by e-mail and we will assist you in any way possible.

Guarantee/Return Policies

All of our products are of very high quality. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise upon its return to our company. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns/exchanges. A 20% re-stocking charge will apply on all orders that are cancelled after order submission or returned. This does not apply to product exchanges or any errors caused by our company. Prior to any returns, you must contact us to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Failure to do so may result in delays of the credit process. Best Baby Shower, Inc. has the right to refuse any returned packages or merchandise without a proper return authorization. All merchandise must be received back to us in its original condition. For example, packaged merchandise must be unopened, clothing must be unlaundered with original tags attached, etc. Opened music CD's cannot be returned. Any food items cannot be returned. This includes bags of candy and candy favors, and drink mix favors. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned merchandise unless the return is due to an error of Best Baby Shower, Inc. Returns and exchanges more than 30 days after placement of order will not be accepted.

Damaged or lost shipments/shortages

Report any damages or shortages immediately via email including your order number and description of items damaged. Claims filed for broken or damaged merchandise and shortages must be reported immediately to Best Baby Shower, Inc. within 15 days of receipt of order to guarantee refund or replacement. Shipment of replacement items for damages will be made using the same shipping method used to place the original order. For example, if your original order was shipped via Ground, the shipment of replacement items will also be shipped via Ground. Expedited shipping services are available for shipment of replacement items at a cost to be paid by the customer.

As stated in your confirmation email, packages not received within 7 days of shipment (unless otherwise noted) need to be reported back to our company so that we may assist in tracking. Claims for lost packages must be reported within 15 days of shipment to guarantee refund or replacement.

Refused / Undelivered Packages

Any package refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable after several attempts will be subject to return shipping fees imposed by UPS or USPS. A 20% restocking fee will also apply.

Last but not least - we are an INTERNET company, thus we communicate solely by email. Please check your email! If you incorrectly type an email address, provide an email address that you do not check, or have spam blocker on your email, you might miss pertinent information about your order including order status, tracking, etc.
